Cara grew up in Osmond, Nebraska, a small town in Northeast Nebraska, where honesty, accountability, and strong relationships were simply a way of life. Raised on her parents’ belief to do what you say you are going to do and show up for the people who matter, those values continue to guide her leadership today.
With nearly 30 years of experience in insurance and employee benefits, Cara brings a well-rounded perspective shaped by leadership roles at UnitedHealthcare and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Nebraska. She is known for delivering clarity, earning trust, and creating lasting impact. Cara isn’t afraid to ask the hard questions, which leads to
better outcomes for the employers that she serves.

Vice President of Client Success
Colleen Hogy is an HR insider who understands that a great benefit plan is built on more than just a renewal date. It is built on precision, empathy, and a deep understanding of the employer side of the table. With a degree in Healthcare Management from Bellevue University, Colleen spent years learning all aspects of HR, finding her stride where policy meets the daily reality of managing a workforce.
Because she has sat in the HR chair, Colleen is a master at anticipating the “headaches” before they reach a client’s desk. She is a proactive, creative problem solver who knows that HR teams do not just need a broker; they need an advocate who respects their time and speaks their language. Colleen specializes in translating complex insurance coordination into clear, human focused messaging that turns benefits into a strategic advantage rather than an administrative burden.
A Papillion native and University of Nebraska, Lincoln alumna, Colleen brings a true Midwest work ethic to every partnership. When she is not solving for the unseen in benefits administration and client success, she is likely exploring Omaha’s culinary scene or walking the trails at Prairie Queen Lake with her husband, Colton, and their son, Brooks. An avid traveler, she is as comfortable navigating the streets of Italy as she is sitting on your side of the table ensuring your plan runs with total clarity.
